DescriptionThe Cross Keys public house was situated in the small village of Rhosesmor, approximately two miles west of Northop. Cross Keys is marked as a public house on the first, second and third editions of the 25inch ordnance survey maps, published in 1870, 1899 and 1912 respectively. Both Flintshire County Council and Clwyd Powys Archaeological Trusts conducted photographic surveys of Cross Keys before it was demolished and redeveloped at the turn of the twenty-first century.
