This building, situated at Blaen-y-cwm, was latterly used as a barn. It is located some 130m from Cae-abatty Farm (NPRN28243) and is noted as being referred to locally as 'Mynachty'. It is reported to have an arched doorway, and a yew tree standing near one of the gable ends. Human remains were found during building excavations.
