Description
Aberceri is a late Georgian villa built in 1826/7 and set in five acres of grounds on the right bank of the middle reaches of the Teifi (see NPRN 302099).
This is a two storey house with basement. The walls are painted dressed stone rising to a slate hipped roof framed by tall chimney stacks. It faces south where there is a symmetrical three bay facade with a central doorway under a slight doric porch. The outer windows were replaced by two storey bay windows in about 1900. To either side are lower recessed single bay ranges. The rear shows a tall arched staircase window.
There is an irregular service wing on the north-east.
