Part of slate quarry complex (NPRN 402787). A spoil heap along the upper south west edge of level (NPRN 500882), 60 m long, 5 m wide and a maximum of 3 m high. The heap is constructed as a series of arcing ramps extending out from the edge of the level. Methodology: 30 m transect survey. Positional accuracy: less than 10 m. Tolerance of accuracy: +/- 5m. K.
