Part of slate quarry complex (NPRN 402787). A spoil heap on the north east edge of level (NPRN 500882) consisting of a series of curving ramps and finger like tips extending from the edge of the level. The heap covers an area 60 m long, 12 m across and between 1.5 and 3 m high. Methodology: 30 m transect survey. Positional accuracy: less than 10 m. Tolerance of accuracy: +/- 5m. K.
