A 5 m wide, 12 m long earth and stone bank which runs north to south at a right angle to the Afon Dyffryn. The bank runs to a pinch point in the river with a slight earth mound seen on the opposite bank. The bank is interpreted as a causeway approaching a bridge, now extant.
