Description1. House stands in the junction of two roads; former 'Beer House' (as marked on OS 1904 map).

2. A 2 storey rubble cottage with a slate roof and stone chimney stacks. With a 3-window front: 9-pane sashes to the 1st floor and 12-pane sashes to the ground floor, flanking a boarded door. Ground floor openings have voussoirs. The inside retains simple collared roof trusses.
