A small single storey Gothic style cottage, possibly a gamekeepers or a lodge. The slate roof is hipped at the front above the veranda, where wooden pillars are used to support the roof itself. The chimneys are of stone with brick caps. The windows are small-paned casements and the doors are boarded. There is a possibility that the house was designed by Nash.
