Description
The remains of the house are located on the southeast facing slope. It survives as barely more than a platform, dug into the slope. It measures 5 metres northwest-southeast and 3 metres northeast-southwest. The walls stand a maximum of 1 metre high at the north corner, but this has been eroded and undercut by livestock. All the walls are damaged or have collapsed entirely so their thickness is unclear. There is a feature in the centre of the southeast wall which could be a doorway, bed box or hearth. Two slabs were placed upright 1.2 metres apart. They stand 0.4 metres high and create a space 0.6 metres deep. The ground cover was bracken at the time of survey. N.A.
