This is a well-preserved ring cairn, measuring circa 6m in diameter. It has a 1m wide stone ring, up to 0.35m high, created by slightly inclined stone slabs laid on top of each other giving an impression of rough coursing. The largest slabs are on the eastern side of the cairn. There is a 0.35m deep depression within the ring. Some of the stones have been moved from their original position, possibly by animal trampling in the past. The monument is situated on a flat terrace overlooking the Claerwen valley to the south. When visited in September 2009 the area was used for rough grazing and the vegetation cover was grass and thistles. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 24 November 2009
