Site Record

A rectangular slate-built winder house sat at the head of an inclined plane (NPRN 505740). It measures 7m long by 5m wide and both gable end walls survive to almost full height (2.5m). There is a small shelter extension situated on the eastern side. P.J. Schofield, OANorth, 27th June 2007
