A linear range of cutting shed buildings marked as aA on previous survey and within Chwarel Cefn Du quarry (NPRN 400667).The overall area measures up to 75m long by 15m wide. Almost all of the structures are completely destroyed, and fragmentary walls stand to only 0.3m high in a few places. The site is marked on both the OS 1st Edition and current mapping. P.J.
