Site Record

A small but steep inclined plane within Chwarel Cefn Du slate quarry (NPRN 400667). It is orientated roughly west/east and measures up to 150m long. It is in poor condition and is mostly collapsed. The site is marked on both the OS 1st Edition and current mapping. West end is SH5564260492. East end is SH5578560461. P.J. Schofield, OANorth, 27th June 2007
