Site Record

A rectangular slate-built winder house sat at the head of an inclined plane (NPRN 505756). It measures up to 6m long by 5m square and is mostly collapsed. Only the southern gable wall survives to 2.5m high, the rest of the structure has collapsed. P.J. Schofield, OANorth, 27th June 2007
