Description
A large Inclined plane associated with transport of ores within Clogwyn Coch copper mine (NPRN 33768) It is orientated south-east/north-west and runs for over 200m downslope from an adit (NPRN 505990) towards the processing areas of the mine. The incline is well preserved and consists of drystone walling measuring up to 3m wide by up to 1m high. The site is marked on both the OS 1st Edition and current mapping. P.J.
