A square jetty is marked with the annotation 'Cork Steam Packet Wharf'. The jetty appears to remain to the south of the Transporter bridge, within the curtilage of a large industrial warehouse development, and with a modern wharfage extension to its northern edge.

Event and Historical Information:
This edition of the Admiralty chart was first published in August 1860 and continued in use with minor revisions until 1886.
