Settlement on a natural shelf below the summit of Mynydd Tyntyle, overlooking Pentre in the Rhondda valley. Comprises 3 platfoms (nprn 507763, 507764, 507765) and possible field with cultivation ridges (nprn 507766). It has also been argued that nearby field banks are contemporary with the settlement (nprn 507801).
