Pen-y-Banc is shown on the 1837 Tithe survey as a farmstead of 3 buildings, one of which is possibly this long hut long hut defined by low bank, 9m N-S by 6m. The S end is integral with field walls (nprn 509737). No buildings are shown here on the 1889 OS map. Part of a farmstead (nprn 509947).
