Description
Pen-y-Banc is shown on the 1837 Tithe survey as a farmstead of 3 buildings, one of which is this long hut, defined by an L-shaped wall comprising W and N sides of a former building approximately 6m E-W by 5m. Stone footings are 0.5m thick and up to 0.3m high. None of the buildings are shown on the 1889 OS map. Part of a farmstead (nprn 509947).
