Relict field system approximately 470m NNE-SSW by 235m, surviving in fragmentary form as sections of earthen bank (with stone visible in many places) up to 3m wide and 1m high. The S boundary is composed of parallel banks, of which the inner is better preserved, and was clearly originally a wall, and is therefore later. The field system overlies an earlier farmstead (nprn 509742, 509744), incorporating some if its banks, cutting directly through others.
