Fragmentary remains of a field system centred on a sheltered natural hollow but extending beyond it. Covers an area approximately 100m square, with banks up to 1.5m wide and 0.2m high. The S bank is parallel to but not attached to the later drystone wall of the sheepwalks (nprn 509893). Probably part of a farmstead (nprn 509944).
