Site Record

Situated on level ground to the north of Afon Cwm Edno are the remains of a sub-rectangular sheepfold. The sheepfold measures 10m long and 10m wide and is defined by turf-covered ruined drystone walls surviving up to 0.5m high on the east, west and north sides. A natural stone outcrop forms the north side of the structure. The sheepfold is depicted on the the 1st Edition 6" Ordnance Survey map of 1891. M.Railton, NPA, 12th January 2011
