The Cottage is shown within an enclosure on OS 1st edition 25in mapping with Merry Pastime Cottage some 70m away to the west (NPRN 515311). The main body of the house is orientated approximately east-west, measures 10m x 5m, and has a small extension to the west. It is shown on the 4th edition mapping, but modern aerial photography shows only unbrOken treecover suggesting that the cottage is no longer extant..
