The Act makes it an offence to interfere with the wreckage of any crashed, sunken or stranded military aircraft without a licence. Event and Historical Information:
This Henley built by Glosters, Hucclecote (sources differ as to the serial number). It was assigned to 1 Anti-Aircraft Co-operation Unit (AACU). The aircraft's engine cut out and it spun into the ground near Aberporth on 26 May 1942.
