Description
Ffawyddog is a small farmstead, which would appear to have been carved out of the mountain common in post-medieval times. It includes the farmhouse, a complex of outbuildings and nine fields covering approximately 11.5 hectares, surrounded by mountain pasture. During the late 19th century the woodland known as Prysg y Ffawyddog surrounded the property on three sides, with the eastern side facing the open common. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 10th January 2011
