The remains of a winding drum at the former Cae Du Colliery. Three wheels were still in place on an iron frame, bolted onto a masonry structure. The structure was mortared and consists of two parallel lines of masonry running north to south, each measuring 1.1 metres thick, 5 metres long and 1 metre high.
