A possible small wreck was located by HMS HECTATE in 1979. It was investigated by HMS BULLDOG in 1983 and reported as a 'small hard contact, possibly metallic'. Nothing was seen in the multibeam dataset during a survey in 2016, and the record was amended to 'dead' by the UKHO.
