Site Record

Part of the Wernlas-deg quarry (520444) begun in the 1870s, probably abandoned by 1889. Trial for a slate quarry, 4m SE-NW by 1.5m, and 1.2m deep. The downhill side is piled with loose slabs, which is presumably the upcast.
