One of a pair of cairns on Creigiau Ladies, this is 19 metres in diameter and up to 1.8 metres high. The Ordnance Survey recorded in 1976 that their own surveyors had to cut a trench, 2 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep, through the western side of the cairn in order to take sightings from the nearby triangulation pillar.
