A two-storey building with painted pebbledash cladding and framed by painted stucco dado door and window surrounds, end pilaster and eaves band. It has two modern two-light casements on the first floor and on the ground floor, a larger two-light window with small panes to the right and segmental headed doorway with a modern door to the left. The ground floor rooms retain the double ceilings with massive chamfered centre beams.
