This is the largest of the surviving building foundation slabs at the Isolation Hospital, measuring 15.5 metres northwest to southeast , by 4.25 metres. The foundation is terraced into the slope at its northeastern side, with the southwestern side raised above ground level. Flights of concrete steps ran down the southwestern and northwestern sides.
