Site Record

A slight hollow way leading from the northeast side of enclosure bank 531311 towards central area of settlement 303057 (GAT HER PRN 1604). There appears to be a gap in bank 531311 at the point where the hollow way meets it, suggesting it is the main entrance to the settlement. The gap is 2m in width. There are low banks to either side of the hollow way, which are 0.2m in height. The hollow way is 20m in length, 1.2-2m in width, and is aligned northeast-southwest. R.
