Description
A small, square drystone fold on a natural terrace. Its north-northeast side is terraced into the slope and defined by a revetted wall. It measures 6m north-northeast to south-southwest by 5.5 metres and its ruinous walls now stand only 0.5 metres high. Although the outside corners are squared, the internal corners are rounded, giving the fold a rather oval appearance in plan. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 20 March 2011
