A mill pond retained by a dam wall of boulder stone, marked on the 1891 OS map. The dam wall runs NW-SE, curving round to the S at the SE end, and is 13m long and 2.5m high. The pond is sub-rectangular, 13m x 5m, the water 0.7m deep. There is an outflow to the NE. It supplied watr to the mill at Tai Cochion farm (nprn ).
