A sub-oval single-cell sheepfold marked on the 1891 OS map, 8m N-S x 6m, with drystone walls standing up to 1.5m high and an entrance in the W side. The sheepfold has been built over the SE side of Penygaer defended enclosure (NPRN 93529), making use of a later perimeter wall.
