A linear feature visible for 40m, running NNW-SSE across the common (and continuing in former farmland to the SSE), consisting of a bank 2.5m wide and 0.3m high, with a ditch on its W side, 1m wide and 0.3m deep. The feature is shown on the 1886 OS map defining the line of a trackway across the edge of the common, overlooking Ebbw Vale to the E.
