Description
At least 2 enclosures on a terrace at the foot of an E-facing slope. At the N end is an oval enclosure, approximately 9m E-W x 5m, with rough rubble and boulder footings to the S and W sides and occasional stones to the N. To its S is a trapezoidal-shaped enclosure of similar dimensions, with rubble between natural boulders. There is an angled return at its SE corner, possibly part of a structure, and filled with rubble. Further S is a wall running ESE-WNW, 7.5m long and 0.6m high. The enclosures are probably Iron Age, but the angled structure and S wall may be later. There is a shooting stand immediately uphill (NPRN536843).
