Early to mid nineteenth century house with earlier origins. Walls of coursed rubble stone, with a slate roof and stone chimney end stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a three window front of 12-paned sashes with slate sills. The upper windows have their heads under the eaves. A central doorway located in a large stone gable porch. Associated with the Corn Mill, Lampeter (nprn: 24758).
