A single storey byre or animal shed on the east side of the farmyard at Gelli Uchaf (NPRN 128118), depicted on the 1st edition OS County series (Carmarthen. XVI.1 1887). It faces a second outbuilding range across the yard (NPRN 54119).
This is a rubble stone building with some large quoins or cornerstones, and a slate roof. It faces west across the farmyard where it shows four doorways, one of which is for a double door.
