Description1. 2 wings at right angles; NW. wing: 1 storey; centre doorway and flanking windows; corrugated roof 1994 (since thatched?); wing along road with corrugated iron roof 1994 (since thatched?).
2. An early 19th century single storey cottage with two wings at a right angle to each other. The 1st wing walls are chiefly made up of rubble with some areas of cob in front wall which is painted white. The roof is pitched and covered with corrugated iron sheeting over the reed thatching. The doorway is slightly off centre with windows either side; one 9 paned casement the other (to the right of the door) a small 9-paned sash. Both windows have slate sills. The 2nd wing Roof is covered with corrugated iron. A doorway is located in the gable and a small window at loft level.
Interior: A-Frame roof trusses, with pegged joints and stepped purlins. A fireplace with large wicker smoke hood sits in the 2nd wing. An iron grate bread oven.
