This farmstead developed in the 20th century to the south of the former farmstead of Cefn Clawdd, NPRN 401167. It now consists of a farmhouse and several farm buildings. It was not recorded in detail during Uplands Survey in 2015. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 31st October 2014
