Modern house built c.1992 to the Walter Segal influenced designs of Pat Borer. Two-bedroom eco-friendly house with solar panels and bio-mass heating. Standard pitch gabled roof with timber frame and infill panels. Stairs to either side for entrance and conservatory with small veranda.
