Avionics factory built in 1993-94 to the designs of Percy Thomas Partnership. The property extends to approximately 8.36 hectares (20.67 acres) and the buildings are of steel frame construction with insulated, coated steel cladding and double glazed curtain walling. Each building is constructed in two wings over two storeys, linked by a central core area. Site was purchased by Karin Real Estate in 2014 for £7.8m, leasing the buildings back to BAAE for five years, then sold to real estate investment trust, Highcroft Investments Plc.
