Part of Llangwyryfon deserted settlement. Located on the brow of the hill overlooking the moors, this ruin does not appear on the tithe map and must be later. It consists of a direct-entry cottage with an added room at one end. The dwelling part had a wickerwork fireplace indicated by a sloping recess at the top of the surviving gable.
