The Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru Ceredigion  / Ceredigion National Eisteddfod of Wales was held in Tregaron from 30 July until 6 August 2022, having been postponed for two years because of the Covid-19 pandemic.   

The Maes was overflown during Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance on 11th and 22nd of July 2022 to record the festival site under construction.
