Large, multi-arched causeway pierced by (from west to east) a road, a footpath, a modern main road, formerly a railway, and the river Ebbw, and now carrying a minor road.
The stone built arch is dated 1813. The site was visited by B.A.Malaws, RCAHMW on 22 January 1992.
