Dating from about 1910, this is a stone built Edwardian church hall with a Welsh slate roof. It has a single cell hall on the upper floor with offices below and is built in an Edwardian style with some Art-nouveau influences. It is included as part of an especially good group of nineteenth century and early twentieth century urban buildings on this side of Hanbury Road.
