One of a terrace of two storey houses built in the firtst half of the nineteenth century (NPRN 310491). The terrace was built as a classical composition, one of several that frame the inner harbour at Aberaeron.
No. 14 presents a three bay facade, rendered with a central doorway beneath a bracketed hood. It is higher than No. 15 to the south-east (NPRN 5780).
