The Tabernacl Welsh Calvinist Methodist Chapel was first built in 1796/7, but has undergone a succession of rebuildings, in 1828 and 1842/3, and was restored in 1877 and 1934. The current incarnation of the chapel is in the simple round-headed style, entered via a pair of porches in the long wall. It is rendered and whitewashed, topped with a roof of slate tiles with ridge crestings. Inside the church there is a panelled wooden gallery along three walls of the chapel, supported on cast-iron pillars.
