Hirael Methodist Chapel was built in 1843 then later rebuilt/modified in 1870 and 1876. The present chapel, dated 1876, is built in a mixed Simple Round-Headed/Sub-Classical style of the gable- entry type. By 2008 the building had been converted into residential flats.
